Cave B Estate Winery is an award-winning winery that produces a broad range of ultra-premium wines. Winemaker Alfredo "Freddy" Arredondo selects only the very best fruit from our estate vineyards, carefully chosen for the optimum growing attributes of each grape variety. The winery is guided by the fundamental principle that every decision in the viticultural and winemaking processes is determined by those practices that will result in the very highest quality in the vineyard and winery.

Cave B reds are especially prized, with a Bordeaux blend ( Cuvée du Soleil ) and Syrah being frequent top-scorers. In addition to these wines, Cave B and its companion SageCliffe brand currently produce stunning examples of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese, Chardonnay, Sémillon, a sparkling wine ( Blanc de Blanc ) and very small quantities of Riesling, a rosé ( Saignée ) and a Sémillon ice wine.
